There are many different types of release paper, which can be divided into two main categories according to the process: plastic release paper and plastic-free release paper.
Plastic release papers are laminated and silicone-coated in a two-stage process, starting with a thin layer of PE film applied to the surface of an ordinary roll of paper. The paper has two sides, and depending on the treatment of the two sides, it is divided into single-sided laminated and double-sided laminated, i.e. single-sided laminated paper and double-sided laminated paper. It can also be called single plastic release paper and double plastic release paper.
The film is then coated with a layer of silicone, which is divided into double plastic release paper and single plastic single silicone release paper. The double plastic release paper can also be divided into double plastic single silicon release paper and double plastic double silicon release paper. The plastic release paper can be used as a base material for the paper because the hot-melt PE plastic layer is coated on the surface of the paper beforehand to smooth the surface and prepare it for the subsequent silicon coating, so it is possible to use lower-cost kraft paper, writing paper or even recycled paper.
Double plastic single silicon release paper: i.e. both sides of the paper are coated with a certain thickness of pe film, and then one side of the pe film coated paper is coated with a layer of silicone.

Storage conditions: Store at 22-28°C and 50%-70% relative humidity. Avoid direct sunlight and storage at high temperatures (above 40°C) and high temperatures (above 70% RH).
